1. Metabolic health is measured by five key markers – waist circumference, triglyceride levels, fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, and HDL cholesterol. If three or more are outside the healthy range, it may indicate metabolic syndrome.
2. Weight alone doesn’t determine metabolic health – Some individuals with higher body weight can still be metabolically healthy, while others with a lower weight may have metabolic issues.
